Aspire Timeline 1820PT unveiled in Australia

Acer’s new Aspire Timeline 1820PT came onto the radar today after arrivingon the company’s Australian site. It’s a 11.6-inch convertible notebook – meaning it’s a regular netbook which can have it’s screen folder onto it’s keyboard so you can use it as a tablet.

Review of the Acer Apsire 1410

Brad, over at Liliputing, has put up an extensive review of the Acer Aspire 1410 Thin & Light. We call it a ‘Thin & Light’ because instead of the netbook standard Atom processor, this breed of device is larger and more powerful than a normal netbook, but not quite as large, powerful or heavy as a traditional laptop.

Lenovo To Announce 11.6” IdeaPad U150 on Monday

Lenovo just twittered that they’ll be launching their IdeaPad U150 thin and light laptop globally during a webcast this Monday. Although already available in Japan, Lenovo hasn’t properly launched the IdeaPad U150 yet. The IdeaPad U150 slots in between regular netbooks and more traditional laptops, with a Dual Core Intel CULV processor and larger 11.6″ screen.
