UK Netbook Review

Samsung has 2 very similiar netbooks out currently, the Samsung N130 and N140. Both the N130 and N140 have been hailed as successors to the popular Samsung NC10, but what exactly are the differences between the two you might ask?

Someone named Vention, over at Noti, has gotten their handss on ASUS’s upcoming dual core , Atom 330 powered Eee PC 1201N notebook and has run some benchmarks comparing it to the Compaq (HP in the states) Mini 311. Both of these netbooks are NVidia ION powered, but the 1201N has a dual-core Atom 330 processor and while the Compaq Mini 311c comes with single core Atom N270 or N280 processor.

The ASUS Eee PC 1101HA Seashell and the ASUS Eee PC 1005HA are two of the hottest netbooks on the market right now, but it can be hard to differentiate between the two. On paper, their differences are mainly the 1005HA’s 10″ standard screen and resolution compared to the 1366 x 768 pixel 11.6″ display on the Eee PC 1101HA Seashell. Another major difference is the processor – the EeePC 1005HA gets the Atom N280, while the 1101HA has to make do with a slower Atom Menlow processor running at 1.33ghz.
