Brad at Liliputing has gotten his hands on the new Gigabyte TouchNote T1028X tablet netbook. The T1028X is like the T1028M model but it has a higher resolution screen at 1366 x 768 .

Review of the Gigabyte Booktop M1022

The Gigabyte Booktop M1022′s biggest claim to fame is it’s vertical stand/dock. The dock has the same ports as on the netbook: VGA out, 3x USB, Ethernet and line-out for audio, but it enables one easily connect the netbook to an external screen, keyboard and mouse using the dock’s connections, while keeping the portability of a netbook.

Gigabyte Booktop and Touchnote now available in the US

Two new Gigabyte netbooks have reached the US, the Gigabyte Booktop M1022 and TouchNote T1028M.

The Gigabyte Booktop M1022(M) comes in at an un-netbook like price of $449. It comes with a unique docking station that lets you connect a keyboard and mouse in order to user the netbook as if it were a desktop computer. Furthermore, it has a flush-mounted 6-cell battery, rated at 8 hours.

Gigabyte launches T1028M and M1022M in Japan
