We saw Gateway’s 11.6″ LT23 thin & light notebook (essentially a rebranded Acer Aspire One 721 11.6 inch laptop with a 1.7GHz AMD Athlon II Neo K125 CPU and ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics). Now it looks like there’s also a new 10.1″ Gateway called the LT22.

Predictably, the newLT22 is basically the same machine as the Acer Aspire One 521 netbook and therefore  it’s also virtually identical to the LT32, save for the smaller, lower res. 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display instead of an 11.6 inch 1366 x 768 pixel screen.

The LT22 is loaded with Windows 7 Starter Edition and it’s already available in Canada for $350 and $450 respectively. The Gateway LT32 is also available in the US for $450, but there’s still no word on a US launch date or price for the Gateway LT22.

Gateway has officially launched the LT23 netbook and with it, an impeccable example of the standard ‘Pineview’ netbook.  That’s because the LT23 comes with just the right blend of standard netbook specs.  Namely, a 10 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory, either a 160GB or 250GB hard drive, a  6 cell, 4400mAh battery, and Windows 7 Starter.  Prices are extremely average as well, and  should range from $330 to $350 in the US.

The netbook also has a multi-format flash card reader, a touchpad that supports multitouch gestures, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 3 USB ports and a VGA output.  Measurements come in at 10.2″ x 7.2″ x 0.9″ and weighs about 2.76 pounds.

The Gateway LT2203 made an appearance in San Francisco this week at the Netbook Summit, and Johannes from NewGadgets.de spent some time with it.  It’s basically a rebranded Acer Aspire 521 – which is easy for Gateway to do since they are full owned by the Acer / Packard Bell parent company.

The netbook has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and a 1.2GHz AMD V105 single core processor. It has ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics, a 6 cell battery, 1GB of RAM, and a 250GB hard drive as well as HDMI output, Bluetooth 3.0, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi.

Lee’s over at Minifrag has received the new Gateway LT2102H Pinetrail Netbook and has put up some unboxing pictures and first impressions.

Lee, over at Liliputing has discovered a new 10.1″ Pinetrasil netbook from Gateway called the LT2102H over at Future Shop in Canada.  It’s priced at $299.99 CAD, and is even in stock!  There’s also a higher spec model, called the LT2107H, priced at $349.99 CAD which has a larger 250GB HDD and larger capacity 6-cell 4400mAh battery (8 hour battery life).

On the same site, Peter at Netbooked has found what is reported to be the new Toshiba NB305 (although the picture accompanying it looks to be the NB200/205).  The NB305 appears in Blue and Brown models, both at $459.99 CAD

The Gateway LT3100 is now official.  It packs a 11.6 inch screen, and more importantly, an AMD Athlon 64 L110 processor running at 1.2ghz.  This netbook application is a first for AMD, who previosly has shunned netbooks.

In addition to the AMD processor, the Gateway netbook features an  integrated ATI Radeon X1270 graphics chip with WXGA resolution.  Like most netbooks, it can handle up to 2GB RAM and 250GB HDD, card reader, 802.11b/g, webcam, three USB 2.0 port, and a 6-cell Li-ion battery. It’s due to ship with Windows Vista basic, but we’re sure you can swap that out for XP or your OS of choice.  Available in NightSky Black and Cherry Red, it should be out soon-ish with prices starting at $400.
