[Video] HP Mini 210HD take apart

During the ‘First Look and Unboxing’ of the HP Mini 210 HD we noted that it had a nice case which allows you to remove the bottom panel without a screwdriver. This makes upgrading the RAM, replacing the hard drive, or inserting a PCIe card incredibly easy.  Check out the video above to see it in action!

In case you missed it, the HP Mini 210 HD is a 10 inch netbook that’s not only thin and light, but is also has a hi-res 1366 x 768 pixel display, which is a rare feature on a machine with a 10.1 inch screen.

“When you remove the battery you’ll find two orange buttons which you can press to release the bottom plate of the netbook. You actually have to tug pretty hard to get the panel off, but the plastic is pretty sturdy so it’s save to pull pretty hard — although you might want to press and hold the orange buttons again if nothing seems to be moving.”
