Pioneer Computers Dreambook E10 Netbook has an ARM CPU
Bringing a refreshing change from the usual Atom N450 based netbooks, Australian PC maker Pioneer Computers has introduced a new 10 inch netbook based on a 533MHz VIA 8505 ARM-based processor. That may seem low powered but for the tradeoff you get a device that weighs just 1.28 pounds and looks extraordinarily thin.
The netbook also has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 128MB of RAM, and 2 to 4G of flash storage. It runs Google Android or Windows CE. The E10 also has 802.11b/g WiFi, a 0.3MP webcam and an SD card slot, a well as 3 USB ports and an optional 3G module. Unfortunately, it looks like the supplied 1800mAh battery may only be good for 3 hours of run time. Hopefully they can change that!
