[Rumour] New ThinkPad X100e Netbook gets Atom Power and 10″ Screen

The Thinkpad X100e has been out for a little bit now, and up until now we’ve always seen it with the somewhat unusual AMD Neo processor and an 11.6-inch 1,366 x 768 display, but now, according to a spec list that recently turned up on Lenovo’s own site, it looks like there’s going to be a new version powered by Intel’s Atom chip and with a 10″ screen. Or in other words, much more netbook-like. This had been rumoured all along, but most people had forgotten about it since it never materialized.
No more news at this point, and Lenovo has taken the info down but we’ll let you know when we here more.
