LG X20 Pinetrail Netbook Passes Through the FCC
Wireless Goodness turned up this entry at the FCC today. It’s a new Pinetrail netbook from LG to be called the X20. The rounded design is somewhat unusual, and reminds me a bit of a Smartbook, but the hardware on this new mini-laptop is certainly netbook all the way. It comes with a hi-res 10.1 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 1to 2GB of memory, and a 2.5 inch hard drive (most likely 250gb). Further to that, it should also include WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1.3MP webcam, and an optional HSPA 3G modem. 4 or 6 cell battery options are available, with the netbook weighing 2.6lbs with the 4 cell.
Perusing the manual also reveals that certain models with support multitouch on the trackpad, although it’s a shame to see that the trackpad has only one button.
