Averatec Launches New, Slick N1200 Pinetrail Netbook
Manufacturer Trigem has released a new netbook under the Averatec brand name. The new Averatec N1200 features a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, a 10 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, and 160GB hard drive. The notebook has Ethernet, VGA, and 2 USB ports and a 3200mAh battery. It runs Windows 7.
There isn’t much more information yet, but the N1200 does look th part with what looks like a brushed aluminum lid and glossy screen. The notebook is quite light, weighting less than 2.2 pounds, that’s actually less than 1gk and measures 12.8″ x 9″ x 1″.
OfficeMax, an american retailer, has a product listing for a model in this series (N1231) for $329.99, though it’s not actually available.
