[Review] Pinetrail Dell Mini 10
We just had the unboxing of the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 yesterday, and today LaptopMag has a review up for it as well.
Pros:
- Over 9 hours of battery life from 6-cell 5600 mAh battery.
- Cool new redesign – new colours and no more bulging battery.
- Great new keyboard
- Cool new redesign – new colours and no more bulging battery.
Cons:
- Buttonless trackpad takes a bit of getting used to.
- Bottom gets hot when watching video.
Overall it was a positive review, and we’re happy to see that Dell gave the Mini 10 a complete redesign rather than just a face lift of the old one. It will also get a bunch of nice configurable options, such as GPS, digital TV Tuner, Broadcom HD Media Accelerator, HD 1366 x 768 display and SRS Surround Sound but they’re coming later.
Here in the UK, the Dell Mini 10 is available starting at £177 directly from Dell UK.
