Aspire Timeline 1820PT unveiled in Australia
Acer’s new Aspire Timeline 1820PT came onto the radar today after arriving on the company’s Australian site. It’s a 11.6-inch convertible notebook – meaning it’s a regular netbook which can have it’s screen folder onto it’s keyboard so you can use it as a tablet.
The 1820PT ships with Windows 7 Home Premium and features both multitouch display and touchpad. It has a 1366 x 768 HD display, an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 (1.2GHz) processor, GMA X4500MHD, up to 8GB RAM (!) and 320GB storage, 3G, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. In addition to all that, it also has HDMI out, a card reader a claimed 8 hour run time on a single battery charge.
No word yet on price or stateside availability yet.
