11.6” HP Pavilion DM1

Amazon UK has the new 11.6″ HP Pavilion DM1 thin and light up for pre-order for £469.99. The DM1 is said to have the same exterior as the Compaq Mini 311C, but instead of the Atom processor and Nvida Ion combo, is a CULV processor with integrated GMA 4500MHD graphics (and a prince increase.)

The full specs are: 11.6” 1366 x 768 display, Intel Celeron SU2300 processor (dual core, 1.2GHz), 3GB RAM, 250GB HDD, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and Windows 7 Home Premium and a 6 hour battery life.

It will be interesting to see how this compares performance wise to the Compaq Mini 311c, and if it’s worth the premium.
