New Intel Pinetrail processor, coming to a netbook near you in Jan 2010

Intel Pineview
Fudzilla is reporting that we’ll see Intel’s new Atom N450 Pineview processor on January 3rd. Clocking in at 1.66ghz, the N450′s main benefits are not speed, but rather smaller size and less power consumption. From the rumour mill, we Fudzilla is also reporting that the chip will use a Intel GM3150 graphics core, rather than the GMA500 that was previously reported.
There’s been alot of speculation, and false rumour about this new Intel Atom chip, but the timing on this news makes sense since this date coincides pretty neatly with CES 2010.
