Asus Eee PC 1005HA vs 1101HA

The ASUS Eee PC 1101HA Seashell and  the ASUS Eee PC 1005HA are two of the hottest netbooks on the market right now, but it can be hard to differentiate between the two.  On paper, their differences are mainly the 1005HA’s 10″ standard screen and resolution compared to the 1366 x 768 pixel 11.6″ display on the Eee PC 1101HA Seashell.  Another major difference is the processor – the EeePC 1005HA gets the Atom N280, while the 1101HA has to make do with a slower Atom Menlow processor running at 1.33ghz.

Pricewise, the 1005HA comes out slightly ahead at £299.98 vs. £369.93 for the 1101HA.

Other than those differences, however, it can be hard to choose between the two.  Above, and after the break, we have a series of pictures that should give you a pretty good look at how the two stack up aesthetically  – in terms of thin-ness, port and key placement, and all of those other important physical features we seek out in our netbooks.
