The folks at Portable Monkey got their hands on the new  11.6” Acer Aspire One 751 .

Some things they like were:

- Size and weight. It’s closest in feel, size and weight to the Asus 1000HE which is a 10″ netbook.
- Huge keyboard but slightly mushy keys which take some adjustment.
- 1366 x 768 pixel resolution
- Great to see access bays for everything on the bottom. HDD, Wi-Fi card and RAM

Not so hot:

- Glossy screen
- Atom Z520 processor isn’t as zippy as the N270 or N280

They found a dummy SIM card slot behind the 6-cell battery, which is good for 8.5 hours of use.

The Acer Aspire One 751 omes in Red, White, Black or Blue. 3-cell or 6-cell battery options. Windows XP Home and Vista Home Basic and is available now for £376.55 at Amazon.
