Argueably the best feature the Dell Mini 10v has over the Dell Mini 10 is that you can upgrade the RAM in the netbook from 1gb to 2gb with a little effort. The RAM in the Dell Mini 10 is not upgradeable.
Anguish, a member of the MyDellMini forums, has a three part video tutorial on how to upgrade the RAM on your Dell Mini 10v. It takes a little effort, as you’ll see in the video. You need to remove the hard drive, keyboard, and motherboard, but it is doable!
The Dell Mini 10v is available at Dell UK for £229.
